Frank J. Reeves

Frank has over 20 years of tax experience in public accounting, including 14 with a national firm 8 of which he was a partner. He has extensive experience in assisting public and private growth-oriented businesses with reorganizations, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, equity compensation, and general tax planning. He has also held the role of Chief Financial Officer with a publicly held corporation and Chief Executive Officer of a venture capital and private equity sponsored company. He spent six years as a partner in a large hedge fund based in Los Angeles before rejoining the public practice. His practice includes planning and strategizing as well as assisting companies in all key financial areas.

Scott C. Snyder

Scott has over 20 years of tax experience in Public Accounting including 8 years with a national firm. His practice consists mainly of serving privately held, growth oriented businesses and high net worth individuals. He has extensive experience assisting his clients with reorganizations, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, option planning and operational aspects of their business. In addition, he has assisted clients with due diligence on both the buyer's and seller's side. He has experience in private industry in senior management and in the early years of his career was as an Internal Revenue Agent in Austin.
